Update to ensure blog survival

Not sure if my not updating my blog is due to pure laziness or nothing to update in this 'unhappening' life of mine. Ben just reminded me today that it seems my blog is dying. So to ensure its survival, here comes an entry. Hmm.. seems most of my friends blog craze is over, everyone is slacking over their entries. Like they say, if you can't beat them, join them.
So what has been going on in my life? Firstly, I'm going to start work next Monday. Finally! So more excuses not to update blog soon. For those interested, I'm working at Biopolis in CMM. I'm going to be working with a medical doctor in a kinda new lab. So hope everything goes well. Its a research job, thats still where my interest is.
Secondly, it seems I have very successfully made my own life really busy. My Fitness First membership started this month. Felt that time I start to keep a healthy lifestyle. So almost every alt days, I can be found in the gym. Thats y I seem to be pretty busy and putting updating my blog.
It was good catching up with Mike over MSN and Cindy over sms. Thank you Ben for providing me with their contacts. Felt a little sad when I realised that I forgot to get their contact b4 we all left Brissy. Guess everyone was busy entertaining themselves towards the end and didn't get a chance to meet up. Mike was one of the first few pple I met when I started in UQ. Really missed the time Mike, Daryl and myself fool around in practs. Those were the time man. Over time, friendship bet me, Mike and Cindy (Mike's gf) grew. With Mike's help, I managed all my DNA and Protein Tech assignments (yes the never ending ones) and also when I couldn't get into IMB, Mike comes to my rescue too.
A few of my friends have found jobs (or rather decided which job they want) and started working. Think we have all been slacking too much, so some of us are finding working life very boring and tough, esp coming back to Sg (yes its Jason actually). But well life has to go on. Think on the bright side, most of us in Biopolis, esp Proteos, so we can still catch up. Cindy and Mary, good luck with your job hunting. Hopefully, both of you are successful in your interviews (in Mary's case, get called up for interview first) so can join the big family of UQ grads working in Biopolis.
