Some things just cannot be avoided
Well, after getting poke 3 times in the last 2 weeks, thought it was time to blog. For those pple who thought I was on leave or that wondered why I appeared to report really late for work, its becos I have been busy going for medical check-ups. So first I had to go down to do a Hep B screening. Thats the first poke. The next day, had to do a health screening for my application for radiation worker. Well, going for 2 screening in 2 days is not the big deal. The thing is, after avoiding a blood test for the last 20 plus yrs, you would think that drawing blood once would be enough. Instead, I had to do 2 in 2 days. Sigh, so on the same hand, near the same spot, it got poked twice in a row. The following day, had to go for an eye check-up, so poor me got my eyes dilated and still had to go back to work after that. Lucky it wasn't that bright that day. My eyes just kinda hurt when I went for lunch. One week later, I had to go take my first jab for my Hep B vaccination, and with sore arms at that. And I could hardly tell if the jab hurt more or the sore arms hurt more. But well, after 2 days, the pain of the jab is wearing off. So I should be fine till one month later for the 1st booster.
